Dr.Luo Xiang has over 20 years of outstanding leadership,cross-cultural work experience,and strong execution capability in the United Nations and related international organizations.He currently serves as the Chairman of the steering committee of United Nations Global Leadership & ESG program,and the chairman of Social Impact Investment Foundation(SIIF). 

He leads the committee to provides systematic solutions in areas of global sustainable investment in clean energy, zero carbon industry strategic transformation,and green finance,ESG and digital intelligence,which of strongly supporting the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)and addressing global climate change goals,and the committee is a funding partner,executing partner,and technical advisory partner for the multinational institution &project partners.From 2014 to 2020,he served as Representative /country director of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)-China &BRI,led international cooperation with the Chinese government and countries along the Belt and Road in major sectors (clean-energy,food security,health-care,digital economy),impact investment,and green digital transformation. 

Dr.Luo holds a PhD on business administration,and also served as a mentor for entrepreneurship-VC program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT-CHIEF),a core expert for WWF China's Climate Initiative,and the chief scientist of the committee of China-Euro Green Industrial transformation &Innovation.He has also been recognized with a series of awards:“2020 China's Top 10 Smart Economy Leaders"by the Economic Daily Group,“2023 Global Green Finance and ESG Sustainability Leader Award"(awarded by Global Alliance for Ecological Sustainable Development,France),“2022-2023 People of the Year of Asia-Pacific Green Finance and Clean Energy”(awarded by Asia Economy Development Association),and “2023 Green Financial Knight of Global Zero-Emission City Innovation”(awarded by Organizing committee of Global Technology Innovation Summit, （ UNIDO-GINP Shanghai), “Yearly Person of ESG 2024 Multinational Corporation”(MNC 50).

2020年获评为中国长三角“最具影响力校长”称号。主持并参加多个国家、省及科研课题研究，有60多篇论文在《中国教育报》《语文教学研究》等刊物发表。2022年获安徽省“十佳阅读推广人”称号；2022年12月获“合肥市社会发展贡献奖先进个人”。

张晓军，博士，教授，博士生导师，西交利物浦大学首席教育官，西浦创业家学院（太仓）领导小组组长，未来教育学院执行院长，创业与企业港院长，英国高等教育学会首席会士(Principal Fellow)。兼任高校教师发展中心可持续发展联盟秘书长，中国管理现代化研究会理事、副秘书长。 

 主要研究领域包括中国教育系统的制度与组织变革、教育组织领导力、未来教育（主要在学校的架构、学校如何构建社会生态系统以及教育国际化、教学改革与创新）、融合式教育、社会科学的质性研究方法论等。张晓军的研究方向主要涉及制度理论、组织理论、领导理论、和谐管理理论在中国高等教育情境中的交叉与融合，倡导把理论研究运用于社会实践，促进社会进步。

在Academy of Management Learning & Education, Leadership Quarterly, Computers in Human Behavior, Interactive Learning Environments, Journal of Management Inquiry, Management and Organization Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Change Management, 管理科学学报，管理工程学报，系统工程理论与实践，管理学报，科学学与科学技术管理等国内外知名期刊发表论文100余篇，出版著作5部。2021年出版的著作《大学转型：从教师主导到以学生为中心》提出了一所大学整体的教育转型的理念、步骤和变革领导力。2022年6月出版的著作《面向未来的教学创新：理念、设计与案例》基于六届“西浦全国大学教学创新大赛”一千多个优秀教学创新案例的分析，提出面向未来的教学创新的钻石模型，深度探讨“新时代需要什么样的教学创新”、“什么是好的教学创新”、“如何做出有价值的教学创新”等问题。 除了作为学者，张晓军将更多的精力投入到促进中国教育的改革和创新实践中，他在过去八年开发和提供大量的教育从业者培训和职业发展项目和活动，通过把自身的研究成果运用到解决教育从业者的问题和挑战中来，主导开发了包括教育领导力卓越计划、高校任课教师培训、高校行政人员培训、中外合作办学可持续发展培训、高校学生工作者培训等一系列培训项目，累计参与20000多人，来自国内外超过1000家机构。很多学校在接受相关培训后把所学运用到了自身实践中。张晓军作为主要负责人发起国内首个大学教学创新大赛：西浦全国大学教学创新大赛，迄今已举办七届，共有国内500多所高校的6000多位老师参赛，并形成一个热衷教学创新的社群，具有广泛的影响力。2018年作为主要负责人发起成立高校教师发展中心可持续发展联盟，共有97家高校加盟共创新时代高校教师发展中心可持续发展体系。从2014年起，主导举办每年一期的高等教育创新年会，2018年发起举办教育创新者大会，2019年发起以城市本地社群为核心理念的创新者说，在21个城市落地，这些社群活动已经形成广泛的影响力。2023年8月，张晓军被任命为西交利物浦大学首席教育官，领导在西浦的教育探索和创新，兼任西浦融合式教育的试验田——西浦创业家学院（太仓）的负责人，推动这一新型教育模式的发展。 

Dr Xiaojun Zhang got his PhD degree at Xi’an Jiaotong University. He joined Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as the Deputy Director of Institute of Leadership and Education Advanced Development (ILEAD) in 2013, which was created by him under the support of university leaders. 

Now Xiaojun is Chief Officer of Education at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Team Leader of Entrepreneur College (Taicang) Collective Leadership Team. 

He also takes roles including inaugural Executive Dean of the Academy of Future Education, and Acting Dean of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Hub. Xiaojun is an edupreneur who initiated all the four units within the Academy of Future Education. He was appointed as Head of ILEAD in 2017 when ILEAD became a department of Education. He restructured the faculty development centre at XJTLU and built the team of Educational Development Unit (EDU) in 2018. The Department of Educational Studies (EDS) was created by Xiaojun in 2019, and Learning Institute for Future Excellence (LIFE), as an innovative platform to support student transformation and global citizenship competence development at XJTLU, was created by him in 2021. Dr Zhang led the development of several projects with national level impact. He created XJTLU National University Teaching Innovation Award in 2016, developed the Association for Sustainable Faculty Development in Higher Education in 2018 with more than 90 institutional members, and initiated the ILEAD Talk series established in more than 20 cities in China. Since August 2023, Xiaojun was appointed as Chief Officer of Education to lead on the educational development and innovation at XJTLU, and in particular to facilitate the exploration of syntegrative education as team leader of XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang). Dr Zhang is a Principal Fellow of Higher Education Academy (PFHEA) in UK.

LesleyMeyer女士目前担任Education in Motion（EiM)首席教育官。她来自英国苏格兰，毕业于爱丁堡大学英语与历史专业。在完成PGCE（学位教师教育证书）课程之后，她先后在英国、德国、比利时和瑞士的学校任职。Lesley Meyer女士有丰富的ALevel、EuropeanBaccalaureate和lB课程授课经验，她也在幼儿园和小学任教过。凭借丰富的经验，LesleyMeyer女士通过了英国校长资格认证(NPQH)并具备了担任学校校长的资历。

LesleyMeyer女士拥有丰富的职业经验，她曾在英国政府以及欧盟的招聘组和政策组工作，专注于双语教育、EAL、特殊需求和技术整合等领域。她曾是InternationalTaskForceonChildProtection的创始成员，并为多所学校开展教师培训。LesleyMeyer女士十分看重自己对国际学校社区所肩负的责任，也是国际学校联盟委员会(Councilfor International Schools)学校认证团队的负责人。

Lesley Meyer is the Chief Education Officer of Education in Motion (EiM). She is originally from Scotland, UK, and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in English and History. She completed a PGCE before taking up posts in schools in the UK, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. She has had experience teaching A levels, the European Baccalaureate, the IB Diploma Programme, as well as in the Early Years and Elementary School. Her vast experience prepared her well to take her UK headship qualification (NPQH) and to work as a Head of School.

During her extensive career, Lesley has worked for the UK government and the EU in recruitment and in policy groups,

specialising in the areas of bilingual education, EAL, special needs and the integration of technology. She was a founding member of the International Task Force on Child Protection and has delivered training to teachers in a number of schools. Lesley takes seriously her commitment to the international school community and is a team leader for school accreditation for the Council for International Schools.

沈建军，中华国际文凭学校协会会长，上海协和教育集团督学校长。38年的职业生涯中，做过部门校长、学校副校长和学校总校长，先后将佛山、广州、长沙和南京的4个学校建成IB世界学校。2012年以来，一直担任国际文组织PYP项目领导、培训官、学校顾问、授权和复评访问领导以及MYP项目和DP项目官方考试飞行检查官。

Cicy Zhang is a founding member of BrainCo, a Harvard iLab incubated company focusing on brain-machine interface technology and applications based in Somerville, MA. Cicy’s main role at BrainCo has evolved from EdTech product management to project management, where she led a team of 40 scientists and engineers to develop EdTech content using neuroscience and brain-machine-interface technology to unlock students’ learning potential.

Cicy is also a certified team coach and organization relationship coach, which enables her to support the company’s organizational and talent development through executive coaching and leadership training.

Before joining BrainCo, Cicy got her EdM from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Leveraging her work experiences in international development organizations including AIESEC, Volunteer In Asia, and Atlas Corps in 28 countries, she has previously started multiple startup companies and educational NGOs, where she designed and led social entrepreneurship and leadership training programs.
